Worst case scenario: This could never happen, so users may need to find a workaround for themselves. Well, the best solution would be to just wait for Capcom to hear us out and let them fix this for us. Now for Re0 the same folder has more than one file making it a bit difficult to find such values to get the patch to work properly on them. There's a chance that we can get the old resolution patch from the first remaster to work on this new installment, what's stopping us? Well just the files structure, on the first remaster there was just one file to edit the values of the textures resolution. This internal resolution doesn't change even when you modify the game's resolution through its interface, that's the reason why even when you set the lowest resolution the impact that has on the game's performance doesn't improve in some cases. Unfortunately the game comes up with a locked internal resolution that may be a little bit of a big task to handle for some GPU's / CPU's. Hi, this thread is made for those people with mid-end / low-end or even high-end computers that have struggles with the newest remaster of the Resident Evil saga.
